Welcome! I'm April McCarthy and I am a mental health counselor and owner of April L. McCarthy, LMHC, PLLC. I provide outpatient therapy for adolescents and adults both in person as well as via telehealth (video conference). My office is located in Westford, Massachusetts, and I am able to see clients virtually in both Massachusetts and Vermont.

Reaching out for therapy services can be one of the hardest challenges, and it is essential that your needs be met with the utmost care and consideration. As a therapist, it is my job to meet you where you are, and to help you feel safe and supported as I hold the space for the therapeutic partnership. Whether or not you have been in therapy before, beginning the process can feel overwhelming, and I am here to help you through it.
